Night walking

There was a moment of fright when I entered my room. It was a sound that even the smallest creature could hear. I knew someone was out there waiting in the thickets, for me!To this noise I grabed my club and my spotlight, and headed down stairs.I turned the door knob slowly, as I approached the darkness outside, there I found my sister waiting for me. We both started heading towards the road, with the moon shining brightly over our heads. Noises moved in the woods, as we were walking past houses and drive ways.

Jumping off the side of the road onto a flat area of grass, sue and I kneeled down to maintain our stealth. Then we heard footsteps coming close from a far. Out in the distance we saw a figure getting bigger and bigger from were the distant light was shining from. Frightned, we both hid behind some nearby bushes and remained idol. We then began to eye the ground to see what it was. By the light we were astonished that the figure was just hooded boy walking toward us. As it came closer, we saw it was "Jesse," our neighbor. hahahahah!!! The sudden jump from Jesse when he saw us coming down the road, really scared him badly! With that, sue and I decided we were never going to go night walking again at 2300.
